"If you are shopping realtors and companies, look at their advertising closely and sales in todays market not last years or the years prior. Donell is not your “legacy” realtor who lists your house and tosses it out there, hoping others sell it for him. Following setting up “professional” videographers and photographers, showcasing the house beautifully, Donell was actively engaged in multiple social media platforms to bring buyers for our house in. We had an average of two showings a day, sometimes up to five, and had two contracts, one for almost full asking, in 10 days. Unfortunately we are currently living in a housing market that is unpredictable (to put it mildly), with appraisers seemingly working purposefully to drive the market downward. Consequently, we lost that deal on a questionable FHA appraisal. Donell rolled his sleeves up and reached out to every prospective realtor, or potential buyer, that had toured the home, and we got another contract from the second lower bid buyer from earlier.
