Donell was born at Cape Canaveral Hospital and raised in Brevard County, spending much of his early life in Melbourne before moving to Palm Bay in 2008. The neighborhoods he works in today are the same streets he grew up exploring. That connection to the community gives him a perspective on the Space Coast that goes far beyond market data.
When Donell entered real estate in 2019, he had two simple goals: work harder than anyone else and always do right by the people who trust him.
The results came quickly. In the uncertainty of 2020, he closed more than $6 million in real estate, earning Rookie of the Year while finishing among the top agents at one of the region’s highest-producing brokerages.
But what truly defines Donell’s business is the structure behind it. In 2025, Donell closed 37 homes for local families and surpassed $12 million in sales, becoming the #1 solo agent in Palm Bay. He was also recognized among the Top 100 agents in Brevard County by Space Coast Real Producers and nominated for their 40 Under 40 honor.
